Maintenance and Project Manager: Trent has more than a decade of maintenance and remodel experience working in both Summit and Park County. Trent manages the maintenance department including a team of technicians and is responsible for all maintenance-related owner communication and estimating. In addition, Trent project-manages all remodel projects for our owners using our in-house team as well as a deep bench of vendors and experts across the county.

Accounting Manager: Tim Bowman manages the accounts receivable and accounts payable team at Fortunato. Originally from Philadelphia, yet a serious Seahawks fan, Tim and his team also manage company financials, owner statements and communications, and all tenant utilities and maintenance billing for Fortunato.

Office Manager and Housing Specialist: Alex started her career working in hospitality and now specializes in assisting tenants, primarily in workforce housing for the local government and local employers. Alex is instrumental in complex, tenant relations for employee housing as well as general tenant communications. Alex manages the office and keeps the team on track.
