Director of Leasing: Mallory has worked for Fortunato from almost the beginning! A Colorado native, Mallory specializes in long-term leasing as well as investment real estate sales in Summit and Park County. Mallory works with hundreds of clients and owners throughout the county. As the Leasing Director, Mallory oversees a large, long-term rental portfolio and manages the leasing team. Mallory specializes in working with homeowners of all types of properties from studios and ADUs, to some of the most beautiful, luxury properties in Summit County.
